In the Contacts section of the Pico Dashboard, you have the ability to change the name or email address the contact is using. When changing the email, you'll have to select an email not currently in use.
Search for the contact you are looking to edit in the Contacts section. From there, you can click on the contact's record and their profile will expand:
From the contact's profile, you can click the pencil icon next to their email address to update their contact information, which will trigger the box shown below.
Note: It is only possible edit information if the contact is only associated with your community.
The updated email selected must be unique. In some cases, audience members create payments on an account associated with the wrong email and have registered originally on the correct spelling of their email address. For cases likes this, where the new requested email has already been created, change the email on the old account with the +deleted suffix (ie email@example.com => firstname.lastname@example.org) and update the old email address as you would normally.
