In order to accept payments through Pico you will need to connect to Stripe through the Pico platform.
You can do this in the
Apps section in the Pico Dashboard:

Install Stripe via Apps in the Pico Dashboard
Click the Install button.
Once clicked, a new window will display the form for integrating Stripe and Pico together. If you do not have an account with Stripe, there will be a few questions to establish you with Stripe.
If you already have an account, you will be prompted to create a new account or connect the one that you may have already started.
From there, you will be prompted to fill in some standard details about your business...
As well as some details about you.
Then, a small bit more about your business.
An exciting part! Where can we send your money?!
You will then see a statement going over information that you have provided...
And a finalized review page. If everything seems correct, click Submit!
Once submitted, your account will be connected to Pico and be ready to go!
