The Performance tab of the Dashboard App is where you can view your user conversion and recurring payment analytics. This data provides a quantitative summary of your Community's current performance and provides a quick snapshot of how your Community's audience engagement.

The Overview section includes data on your Community's signup conversions and payment conversions, as well as how many unique visitors your site has over a specific amount of time. This section displays your user data from the last 7 days, current month, last 30 days, last 3 months, current year, or all time — based on what you choose in the overflow menu on the top right corner. You can adjust this number at any time to get a broader or more granular view of your user data, depending on what you are most interested in.

The Recurring Payments section, below the Overview section, provides insight into your Community's active payments, including subscriptions and donations. This data reflects your Community's total active payments, monthly active payments, annual active payments, active trials, cancellations, recurring payments in their final period, and users with free access overall.

If you migrated from a previous system, you may see a higher number of users with trials or with free access due to the process that is used to import these users.
