You can send your reader a receipt directly from your CRM.  To generate an automated receipt:

  1. Look up the user in the CRM (https://publisher.pico.tools/crm/), enter the email address in the search bar, and then click on the record to see the expanded details

2. Under the "Account" section towards the bottom of the user's profile:

3. Click the 3 dots icon to the right of the payment information, select "Email Receipt"  located under the account section.
