If you use the same email address for accessing your site that you use to access your Pico Dashboard, you can reset your password from the Pico widget on your site / landing pages (or any site you've logged into with Pico). To do so, either start the login process and use the request password link or change your password while already logged in. You'll be able to use this shared password to access the Pico dashboard.
